This nutritious and flavorful juice is the perfect start to any day! Don't be scared by the spinach, this drink tastes way more like fruit than vegetables.

  • 4 carrots, trimmed
  • 1 green apple, sliced
  • ½ knob ginger
  • 2 cups packed spinach (leaves and stems)
  1. Put all ingredients through a juicer (or the juicer attachment of your Magimix).
  2. Pour into a glass with ice and enjoy!
