This mango-orange smoothie with chia seeds is the ultimate power breakfast, and the best way to get you energized to start your day.

Yield: 1 serving
  • 3 ounces (100 ml or almost ½ cup) freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 small or ½ large mango, peeled and chopped
  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. (Alternately, put them in a tall container and use an immersion blender.)
  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
