Smoky Salsa
Yield: About 8 to 12 servings
  • 1 14.5-ounce can Muir Glen organic fire-roasted tomatoes, drained
  • 2 medium tomatoes, seeded and roughly chopped
  • ½ onion, finely diced
  • ¼ chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately, or, if you would prefer a smooth consistency throw it in the blender. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
